The Historic Ottawa Beach Society will host Geoffrey Reynolds, author of Boats Made in Holland: A Michigan Tradition, on July 3, 2019 at the Pump House Museum and Learning Center, 2282 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland MI, 49424. I have been interested in the history of the Lakensea/Lake 'n Sea brand since discovering that the brand was built in Holland, Michigan from 1960-1961 while researching for a book titled Boats Made in Holland: A Michigan Tradition. Since then I have owned and sold and donated many Lake 'n Sea boats to new owners seeking this unique brand.
